Carla joined MdME in 2016, having worked in another leading law firm in Macau (2015) and in the Legal Team of the Water and Waste Regulation Authority in Portugal (2013-2014).
Working closely with partner João Encarnação, her tutor, Carla primarily assists in advising clients on intellectual property issues, including protection and enforcement of IP rights and IP litigation, namely before the Macau Courts, the Macau Intellectual Property Office and the Customs Services.
