Mandy Fu

Mandy is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice.

She specializes in corporate and commercial litigation, acting for both domestic and international clients on a broad range of pre-contentious matters and commercial disputes.

Mandy’s experience includes advising on shareholders’ disputes, civil and commercial proceedings, as well as in patent litigation. She also focuses on construction and infrastructure disputes, having represented several clients in complex administrative proceedings and in public contracts claims.

Additionally, Mandy’s expertise includes advising clients on restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Mandy is a member of the firm’s Talent Management Committee.
