Senior Associate
João is a senior associate in our Real Estate and Private Client practices.
In his real estate practice, he advises private investors, developers, and investment funds on a broad range of matters with a focus on the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
João’s experience also includes construction and touristic licensing, urban planning, and environmental regulations.
In his private client practice, João advises high net worth individuals and family offices on estate and succession planning, wealth preservation, probate and estate administration and asset protection.
