Francisco Sá da Bandeira

Francisco is an experienced qualified lawyer who joined MdME in 2023 as Counsel.

Prior to joining MdME, Francisco had over 16 years of professional experience as in-house counsel for one of the Macau gaming concessionaires, having played an active role in setting up its internal legal department. In his role, Francisco worked closely with senior management and the company’s different business units, advising on a wide range of regulatory, licensing and contractual matters, often in cross-jurisdictional contexts. The position gave him the opportunity to, during the first years of the company’s growth and history, take part in highly relevant projects, such as the opening in Macau of two integrated resorts, one IPO in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and several large financing and refinancing transactions in between.
