Rita Martins

Rita is a partner in our Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices.

In her transactional work Rita advises financial institutions, borrowers, issuers, and underwriters in a broad range of debt and equity deals. She has been involved on several high-profile corporate financings and initial public offerings, including in the listing of two Macau gaming operators with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On the regulatory front, Rita’s experience includes advising on the licensing of banks and other financial service providers, as well as on all aspects of financial regulation, with a particular focus on the registration and distribution of new financial products in the market.
