Meiyan (Mia) is a consultant in the Commercial practice and her work is carried out in close coordination with, and under the supervision of, qualified lawyers of the firm. 

She assists the team in advising clients across different industries, with a focus on the gaming and retail sectors.

Her corporate experience includes assisting in advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including market entry structuring, company formation, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

In her gaming sector practice, Mia assists the team advising gaming suppliers and technology companies in a broad range of matters, including licensing and regulatory compliance, applications for equipment and games approvals, trial and supply agreements, as well as day-to-day corporate governance.
