Emanuel Soares

Emanuel is a Consultant in the firm's Corporate | M&A practice.

He supports a wide range of corporate transactions, including private equity deals, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships. His experience also includes assisting corporate clients in governance matters and regulatory compliance across various regulated sectors. Emanuel contributes to equity capital markets transactions, particularly in IPOs with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange involving Macau interests.

Emanuel heads the firm’s M Venture Desk, working alongside founders and innovators, investment funds and government stakeholders.

His experience includes assisting in initial formation, equity incentive plans, business model vetting, regulatory compliance and other aspects related to startup growth and fundraising. In addition, Emanuel works closely with various government and private entities to provide support and mentorship to young entrepreneurs, including incubation programs and higher education institutions."
