Amanda is an associate in our Commercial and Retail practices.

Before joining MdME, Amanda served as in-house associate counsel at a prominent Macau casino resort, advising on key legal matters relating to gaming and integrated resort development and operations.

In her commercial practice, Amanda advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including foreign investment in Macau, market-entry structuring, company incorporation, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial contracts.

In her retail practice, Amanda advises local and international brands, including luxury and high-street fashion labels, on their commercial operations in Macau. Her work includes market entry, restructuring and expansion, consumer protection and regulatory compliance, commercial leasing, shopping mall rights-of-use arrangements, and other commercial agreements.
