The new Financial System Act, Law no. 13/2023, (“FSAM”) was published in the Macau Official Gazette on August 14, 2023 and will come into force on November 1, 2023.
As this new act shall introduce several changes to the whole Macau financial system, with this Alert, we will focus on the key changes to the Insurance Sector.
