David Lopes

David is a partner in our Commercial practice.

He works closely with several multinational corporations in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His experience includes advising on joint-venture agreements, shareholders agreements, agency and distribution contracts, trademark licensing, grants of right of use and franchises. He has advised on several significant greenfield investments, where he has assisted clients structuring their market entry, from a corporate, compliance and IP protection perspectives. 

David also has considerable experience in the security services sector and regularly advises security companies, cash remittance operators and forex trading agencies.
