MdME signs strategic cooperation framework with the Service Center for Economic and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish Countries

We are delighted to announce that MdME has signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Service Center for Economic and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish Countries, supporting the establishment of the Service Center for Economic and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish Countries in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

Under the framework, MdME will provide cross‑border legal support to the clients of the Centre in connection with investment and economic activities involving Portuguese‑ and Spanish‑speaking markets. The legal support will cover legal consultation, compliance reviews, company establishment, M&A restructuring, and intellectual property protection. MdME will also assist with dispute resolution and coordinate access to overseas partner law firms to support clients’ cross‑border commercial needs.

Through our offices in Macau, Hong Kong and Lisbon, we continue to serve as a bridge between China and Portuguese‑speaking countries. Our partnership with the Centre broadens our engagement with Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets, supporting closer institutional collaboration and wider economic and trade connectivity across Lusophone jurisdictions.
