Seminar on IP enforcement strategies for Macau and Hong Kong

Last week, MdME, in collaboration with Rouse and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), hosted an insightful seminar on trademark acquisition and IP enforcement strategies for Macau and Hong Kong.

Partner and head of our Intellectual Property Practice, João Encarnação, was joined by Adelaide Yu, Rouse Principal & Hong Kong General Manager, for a comparative analysis of the two jurisdictions, offering practical insights and case-study scenario sharing for those in the Chinese and Japanese markets.

We were delighted to welcome a delegation from JETRO in person at our Macau office and numerous attendees online.
